Remarks & Notes
Heritage Railroad Y101 heads north by the high cliff on the K-25 Branch. The 9553 is a General Electric U23B built as Louisville & Nashville 2817 in March of 1975. It would eventually wind up its Class 1 career with successor company CSX in maintenance-of-way service before being acquired by Vintage Locomotives, Incorporated.
