Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) EMD F40PH No. 171 waits out the weekend at the commuter yard at Harvard, Illinois, on April 26, 1987. Metra (short for Metropolitan Rail) was formed in 1985, but at this time, much of the Chicago commuter equipment was still in RTA colors.
