| Crew on board Lancaster and Chester RR GP38-2 #3821 works the area between Old Richburg Road and SC Hwy. 9 on April 22, 2019. L&C 3821 was one of the first two road switchers the railroad bought. She was built in 1978 as Conrail 8235 |
