Pride On The Pennsy (And CNJ). Day was drawing to a close on Saturday, September 3, 2022, as NJTR 4609 (Ride With Pride, ALP-46, Bombardier) led train NJ TRANSIT 7252 over the Navesink River in Red Bank, New Jersey. This line was co-owned and operated by the Pennsylvania and Central Of New Jersey Railroads before NJ Transit. This section of the line was not electrified until 1988, past of the elimination of the famed South Amboy engine change. Sponsored by Hackensack Meridian Health, the design is similar to that of 2 buses that were wrapped during Pride Month in June and uses the name of the Company Employee Resource Group (CERG) for the LGBTQIA+ Community, Ride with Pride.
