Waterfront Action. On the morning of August 25, 2022, New York & New Jersey Rail 5101 and 5103 (KLW SE10B) were working with McAllister Towing's "Marjorie B. McAllister" and the NYNJR 200 car float to load up the outbound cars, but that was just a small piece of the activity on the busy Brookyln, New York waterfront in New York Harbor. The NYPD 621 "P.O. Harry R. Ryman" and Staten Island Ferry MV "Samuel I. Newhouse" were both navigating their way around multiple parked ships, while on the other side of the harbor in Bayonne, New Jersey, containers are unloaded and loaded from cargo vessels.
