As of late, CSX has been struggling to deliver cars for the Connecticut Southern interchange in West Springfield, which is due to a number of things including a shortage of train crews. On Saturday, October 15, 2022, a CSO Extra was run after finally having enough cars to be picked up and brought back to Hartford. A little before 4:30 in the afternoon the pair of B39-8s bring the extra freight through Windsor.
