PORTLAND OR May 22 1984 — Portland Terminal S2 39 sits at the engine facility. The unit was built in 1949 for Northern Pacific Terminal as NPT 39. It became PTRC 39 when the railroad changed its name to Portland Terminal in 1965. My photo.
