Remarks & Notes
Pee Dee River Railway sits at their railyard in Marlboro, South Carolina. Both of these locomtives are rebuilt GP16s from Seaboard Air Line GP7s. PDRR 1764 was built in 1952 as SAL 1809. Seaboard Coast Line rebuilt her to GP16 4718, later to Seaboard System (SBD) 4718. CSX got rid of these small locomotives and that is how the Pee Dee River Railway got it. Pee Dee River runs on former Atlantic Coast Line raiils.
