Now relegated to local service and awaiting its next assignment, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway GP60M 106 is the former Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 106, built in May 1990. This locomotive is still wearing its original "Superfleet" paint, with just some BNSF initials stenciled on the cab and rear. BNSF GP60Ms 106 and 125 are at the Kaiser Yard, on Metrolink's San Gabriel Sub. The paint on 106 still looks good – and graffiti-free – some 20 years later. (Fontana, California – August 7, 2010)
