Remarks & Notes
Mainline Branch. New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R160A no. 8496 (Alstom, 2005-2010) is the lead motor on a Manhattan-bound M train seen stopped at Steinway St Station on the IND Queens Boulevard Line. At this station and the adjacent 46th St Station, the local tracks of the QBL divert away from the express tracks, using sharp curves to run through denser parts of Astoria while the express tracks skirt the edge of Sunnyside Yard along a physically shorter route with better geometry for high speeds.

It's dark, hot and too much people in this mass transit transportation!
