Remarks & Notes
Amtrak’s westbound California Zephyr passes Union Pacific’s MNYPV (North Yard in Denver to Provo, Utah) freight in a March snowstorm at East Portal, Colorado, on March 24, 2007. The lead unit on MNYPV is UP GE AC4400CW No. 6288, still painted in Southern Pacific colors, but is renumbered and has a terribly off-center UP shield plastered to its pinkish nose.

For the train and storm chaser. Trains with thunderstorms, dark clouds, rain, lightning, hurricanes - tropical storms, funnel clouds, storm light, rainbows, and snow storms.
