A Canadian Pacific export grain train for the West Coast has just crossed into British Colombia from Alberta during a slow up-hill climb near Stephens, B.C., in the late wildfire smoke-induced Canadian Rockies. The train will soon ease downgrade and begin its descent through the railroad's famed Kicking Horse Pass.
