Former Philadelphia, Bethlehem & New England, now Lehigh Valley Rail Management, 19 is on point of a train that has just arrived to interchange with Norfolk Southern near the Phillip J. Fahy Memorial Bridge in Bethlehem, PA. As luck would have it, NS 6320 (EMD SD40E) was just coming back around a train that it had dropped here as well. The former Bethlehem Steel mill, now known as "SteelStacks," looms large in the background, albeit silently since operations ceased in 1995.
