Remarks & Notes
After drenching the Florida East Coast Railway in Palm Bay, a thunderstorm heads east out over the Atlantic. When this photograph was taken, the newly installed crossing gates are for the double track work that was being done for the new Brightline high speed passenger trains. The double track is now installed, the crossing gates are now activated, and Brightline service between Orlando and Miami is schedule to begin this summer.

A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
