Remarks & Notes
The Mallet steamlocomotive G 2x2/2 # 105 "Todtnau" of the former Süddeutsche Eisenbahn Gesellschaft AG (SEG), built in 1918 by Maschinenbau Gesellschaft Karlsruhe, since 1968 with the Blonay-Chamby Railroad Museum, is crossing the Baye de Clarens viaduct with train 25 from Blonay to Chamby museum. The cars are C # 23 of the Chemins de fer Electriques de la Gruyère and C4 # 171 of the former Süddeutsche Eisenbahn Geselsschaft (SEG). This composition corresponds in composition to the opening train of the Blonay-Chamby in July 1968. The Baye de Clarens viaduct, built in 1902, will be rebuilt and renovated in the next 16 months. The viaduct has been at risk for some time due to movements of the slope side Blonay. Now, the know-how of the Rhaetian Railway, which rehabilitated the Clasaurertobel viaduct on the Chur-Arosa line in a similar way, is being used.
