Single Track Through Hancock. After repairs were completed on the bridge in from Sparrow Bush, New York to Millrift, Pennsylvania across the Delaware River, a short SU-100 was operated, followed by a lengthy SU-99 on Thursday, May 25, 2023. While New York Susquehanna, and Western Railway SU-99 is normally an overnight run, on this day the crew was on duty at 0630, making for a spectacular chase across Delaware Division as the train made great time and recrewed for points beyond. The power set of SD70M-2s (4066, 4064, and 4060) leading SD40-2 3024 (Silver and maroon heritage) led a healthy 72 car consist. The train is seen crossing the East Branch Delaware River as it passes through Hancock, New York.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
