Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/slper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) were behind the power on Amtrak Train 21 (Texas Eagle) on December 27, 2020 with AMTK 146 leading as it passed through Chicago, Illinois on the way to San Antonio, Texas. In the background, the International Union Of Operating Engineers Local 399 building marks the solemn occasion of the tragedies of September 11, 2001 all year long, particularly poignant today.
