On the morning of September 22nd, 2023, CDOT Extra 6709, consisting of back to back CTrail (CTDX) GE P40BH's 6709 & 6707, heads past Boston Back Bay Station in Massachusetts while heading west down the Northeast Corridor. These two locos are returning to New Haven, Connecticut after having just towed 10 MBB BTC/CTC-3 coaches to the MBTA in Boston. The railcars were on their way back to the MBTA in Boston, Massachusetts after serving a 5-year lease on the Hartford Line in the state of Connecticut.
