On Saturday, December 2, operations on the entire RhB network were severely affected by the heavy snowfall. Several lines such as Tiefencastel-Bergün, Chur-Arosa, Davos-Filisur and between Zernez and S-chanf were closed for many hours or even the whole day, mainly due to fallen trees. There were many long delays and train cancellations, and some rail replacement services could not be set up due to closed roads. The Interregio train 81132 (1132) of the Albula line, coming from Tiefencastel only this day (interruption south to Bergün), is leaving Thusis bound for Chur, with shoving Ge 4/4 III # 641 in the Coop publicity paint scheme (ALVRA push-pull train).
