Snowbirds.
Amtrak P42DC no. 152 (GE Genesis, 1992-2001) and SC-44 no. 336 (Siemens Charger, 2016-present) are seen leading train 97(22), the southbound Silver Meteor, across W Kaley St after departing Orlando Station moments before. The train is passing the Conrad Yelvington facility south of the station, where S-2 no. 224 is laid up on a spur track. The unit was one of a batch of 49 S-2's built by ALCO for the Chesapeake & Ohio (C&O) in 1949 and 1950. Now it spends its days working alongside an RS1 and a SW9 at the aggregate distributor's yard.
