"Allegra" railcar ABe 8/12 # 3503 of the Rhaetian Railway is rounding the 180 degree panorama curve and entering Alp Grüm station with regional train 4632 of the line R19, with Pizzo di Varuna, Piz Canton and Palü glacier in the background. Here we see two tracks that are laid very close together so that no trains can meet here. The first turnout of the station is located before the curve on the right outside the picture, where it is better protected from the snow and wind. The two tracks around the curve are laid next to each other so that the track plow, which clears the snow to below the top of the rails, can also be used here.
