| A land barge California bound stacker crosses over at Stronghurst at 40mph. The train is working west on the Chillicothe Sub. With 4 units here, 4 units in middle, and thousands of feet of intermodal head to rear, these monster trains are the new normal for class 1 railroads. This crew is down to about 30 miles left before the next crew change point at Fort Madison, IA. |
