OMLX 3809, one of the Illinois Railway's GP38-2s, trundles along at a leisurely 10 mph through Ottawa, IL with a string of sand cars on job 203, passing a former Burlington Northern caboose which has sat, seemingly neglected, for quite some time, not really being used for much of anything by the railroad at this point.
