The Prairie Line GP30 2007, seen at the South Saint Louis Riverfront/Municipal River Terminal (near the Anheuser-Busch Brewery) was built by EMD in April 1962 as Denver & Rio Grande Western 3004. Following the D&RGW's acquisition of the Southern Pacific (in which the SP name was kept, and Rio Grande was obliterated), and later the merger of the SP with the Union Pacific, it was retired without ever losing its Rio Grande identity, being sold to the Cimarron Valley as CVR 3004, before being acquired to TPLX.
