Spotting covered hopper cars at the TPL/Bulk Service yard in East Saint Louis, on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River, is Ingram Barge Company GP15-1 1231, still wearing the colors and markings of SCF Lewis and Clark Switching Services. Saint Louis, Missouri, and its iconic Gateway Arch, are visible across the Mississippi. This locomotive is ex-UPY 739, ex-Union Pacific 1739, née-Missouri Pacific 1739. In the distance, on the right, is the Eads Bridge, the first bridge across the Mississippi River, completed in 1874 and the oldest bridge standing on the Mississippi River.
