Remarks & Notes
D&H Washington Branch Throwback: Painted in a D&H-inspired scheme, SNEX Alco RS-36 #5012 leads Batten Kill Train BK-F across the Hoosic River at Eagle Bridge, NY. Just after crossing the bridge, the train will interchange with the Berkshire & Eastern. D&H lightning stripe-painted Alco RS-36s were once common power on this line. The blue hopper on the headpin was loaded with stone that was dumped at Cambridge. It will get reloaded at Eagle Bridge.
