Fresh from the paint shop, Santa Fe FP45s 101 and 102 model their newly applied "Superfleet" paint jobs just outside the San Bernardino station on IndependenceDay 1989. This resurrection of the fabled Warbonnet scheme inspired the Santa Fe to adapt it for use on new power in the 1990s, beginning with the GP60Ms and Dash 8-40BWs through to Dash 9-44CWs and SD75M locomotives. (San Bernardino, California – July 4, 1989)
