| Commonwealth Railway is owned by GWI's Rail-Link, Inc. Engine 444 is usually used to switch the BASF chemical plant in Portsmouth, Virginia. It is seen here at Wilroy after running the local train to the NS interchange and will await it's Monday pick up. |
