Remarks & Notes
A small wooden trestle collapsed under the weight of an 8-car UP train heading to a sugar mill in Chaska, MN. The cause of the accident is believed to be excessive spring melt off weakening the supports of the bridge. The power was an HLCX GP38-2. Also, note the water rushing over what appears to be a totally submerged car.
