Northern Plains Railroad's trio of 'new' 6-axle power sits silently by the engine shop on a lazy Sunday afternoon. NPR 5557, 5556, and 5555 arrived from the Canadian Pacific in late June, adding some muscle to the shortline's roster of mostly GP35s.
