The south end of Letts is lined up for the St. Paul, MN to Kansas City, MO manifest train to head south towards Ottumwa, IA. This is one of three short sections of CTC on the ICE's Kansas City Sub between Nahant, IA and Ottumwa. This section runs from Fruitland, IA to Cotter, IA, total of 18 miles.
