| An old shot from 1985. This Stratford-based Class 47/0 had just been upgraded to Class 47/4 at Crewe Works. It was parked outside in undercoat for testing before going inside the paintshop to receive its large logo livery and then returning to traffic. Note the name, Henry Ford, given in honour of the car trains from Fords of Dagenham worked by Stratford locos. |
