| The Montreal to Sudbury section of VIA 1, the WB Canadian, rolls by the large Ontario Northland shop complex in North Bay as it prepares to stop at the station just ahead. Due to VIA budget cuts this train would be discontinued in just a few months (January 1990) ending to this day direct transcontinental service from Montreal. |
