Bringing up the rear of the largest movement out of Thunder Bay and by the Thunder Bay Port Authority, Thunder Bay Port Authority's blue caboose brings up the rear of this special move! Inside the caboose are monitors, which are hooked up to camera's alongside the train making sure the loads don't shift too much on its trip across Canada, destined for the oilsands.
