Remarks & Notes
Star visitor to the Steel, Steam and Stars Gala II at the Llangollen Railway was this beauty. 3440 City of Truro, part of the National Collection was the first locomotive to reach 100mph in 1904. Here we see her leaving Berwyn station on the banks of the River Dee with a train for Carrog. A beautiful location by any measure!
