Remarks & Notes
Birds eye view at 2 PM to the station of Visp, which is the new traffic hub for the Valais since the opening of the Lötschberg base tunnel, enabling fast connections to the lower Valais, to Zermatt and direction Andermatt with the MGB and to a wide range of villages by Post bus. On track 6 train IC 822 from Romanshorn to Brig (9 IC 2000 cars with Re 460) had just arrived two minutes ahaed of schedule, on track 5 is standing his counterpart IC 829 Brig-Romanshorn (IC 2000 pushpull with Re 460 "Zugkraft Aargau" pushing). On track 4 Cisalpino 52 Milan-Berne-Basel (ETR 470.009), running about half an hour behind schedule, is ready for departure. On track 2 pushpull train 535 of the MGB from Andermatt is moving to go around his supplement cars for the return trip to Andermatt.
