| Undoubtedly one of the most memorable featured attractions at the California State Railroad Museums Railfair 99 event was the Buckingham Lining Bar gang. The Buckingham Lining Bar Gang is a group of ex railroads that re-enact the time honored acapella work songs and track alignment skills the members preformed as they went about their daily work in track-lining crews’ years before the advent of automation to this difficult and back breaking work.
