| On Friday 10-2-2009 the C&TS ran a moonlight dinner train to Osier using D&RGW 2-8-2 487. After hustling from Colorado Springs I made it to Chama just in time to catch its departure and followed it up the hill. Seen here silhouetted in the setting sun about to take water at the summit of Cumbres Pass 10,022' above sea level. |
