| In a brief, 30-minute break in the clouds between massive rain storms, theres a little train action in the new 2010 Portland. The mini Empire Builder rolls in from far off places, just as the Green Line MAX has rolled in from far off Clackamas County and heads south down the new Transit Mall. |
