Train 877 is rounding the sweeping curve between the Mt Tabor and Denville stations, en route to Hackenstown. Power for today's train is one of the 13 original CNJ GP40P locomotives. All 13 remain in service on NJT. Ranking at 42 years of age, they are the oldest entact fleet of mainline passenger locomotives in service in North America.
