After a brief stop in Hawley, we headed home in the last light of the day, having seen nearly 10 trains in a span of just a few hours. But before we could say goodbye to this great railfanning hotspot, we were surprised with another eastbound. The wooden trestles (there are two of them) are probably one of the greatest railfan hotspots outside the twin cities, just a couple miles from the also famous Lake Park curve. Both a must see for any railfan in the area.
