Remarks & Notes
Tucked away among the spare parts at the Laurinburg & Southern's diesel shop in Laurinburg, North Carolina, is engine 150, a GE 25-tonner. Built in May 1943 for the Bethlehem Steel Company, it was later sold to Dana Corporation, then to the Toledo, Angola & Western Railway (as their #1), and was then acquired by the LRS in July 1989.
