It's amazing what a few years and some serious investment makes! 5 years ago, this area of Seattle was full of warehouses and abandoned buildings. Now, it's vibrant and slowly filling up with life. With the new spring, our state flower, the rhododendron, is in full bloom along the Seattle Streetcar line and throughout the Northwest.
