| At first glance it looks like a major derailment occured but in reality every track, switch & Crossover is being replaced at the same time at Mexico Tower ... in this scene a few hours earlier before the tracks were removed i counted over 100 MOW workers ready for action after Amtrak passed thru... over half are still out and about and in this photo taken at break time. Nothing moved past Mexico Tower for 11 hours Sunday |
