| Union Pacific MPRSS glides west out of Altoona yard, cutting through the falling snow on their way to Saint Paul, MN.
I have a few photos from this position that just didn't have the look this one did. I had a few with no snow flakes stuck to the lens but I think it worked really well for a magical holiday look and feel. I used my flash to pop out some of the big falling snow flakes while exposing the image for available light. The reflective lettering and stripe lit up and filled what would be just black space. The images without the flash fell short on magical;)
