| WB CSX mty (grain) hopper train burst into daylight at the west portal of Lewis Tunnel on the long and arduous climb out of Clifton Forge up the east slope of the Alleghany range. It still has about another 2 miles of accent to conquer the climb in the middle of the bore which is Alleghany Tunnel. |
