On a rainy Saturday morning, Utah Transit Authority LRV 1030 rambles south down Second West street just outside the Ninth South stop in Salt Lake City. This right of way was once occupied by the Salt Lake & Utah Railroad, an interurban that was scrapped in the late 1940's. The more things change, the more they stay the same applies here.
