| On a beautiful late Spring evening in Alaska the Coastal Classic is Northbound on its return journey to Anchorage. The train is just a few miles north of Portage, to the right is the Seward Highway and Turnagain Arm, to the left are saltwater ponds left over from the great earthquake of 1964 and the backdrop is provided by the Chugach Mountains. |
