The train in the picture is ready to go! After 500 km traveled, in almost 12 hours, in Salva station, the train is splitted: the first 2 cars, are going to Vatra Dornei (a well known romanian mountain resort), and the rest of 5, are heading towards Sighetu Marmatiei, one of the northernmost cities in Romania, at the border with Ukraine. Both of these two routes,are rich in wonderful landscapes, offered especially by the Eastern Carpahians. These landscapes make the trip shorter and nicer, especially for nature and railway lovers!
