| A pair of GP38-2s power today’s BNSF transfer train as it prepares to couple back onto its train in track 2 of North Yard. The 2009 was originally built for the Penn Central in 1968 as a GP40 but was later rebuilt by NRE into a GP38-2, hence the odd spacing of radiator fans on the rear. The Frisco 4018 can be seen in the background to the left. |
